GENERALLY ADOPTED RULES IN THE FORUM:

1. Users are obliged to use the Forum in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations and applicable law.
2. Users are obliged to refrain from dissemination through the Forum any unlawful content.
3. It is forbidden to perform any actions violating generally applicable laws through the Forum. In particular, it is not allowed to use the Forum to:
a) * promotion and dissemination of pornographic and pedophile material, promotion of drugs, and incitement to commit a crime or suicide;
b) promotion and dissemination of political and religious propaganda.
c) insulting other users for religious, political or ideological reasons.
d) disseminate advertising and promotional content without the prior consent of the Forum Administrator.
e) placing links to private websites;
f) place content sent on a chain basis;
g) * sending SPAM messages;
h) * distribution of contact details, including images of private persons;
i) * dissemination of computer data containing computer viruses or other IT destructive solutions;
j) insulting to the Administration.
5. Users are obliged to publish only content consistent with the subject matter of the text on the Forum. It is forbidden to publish in individual
discussion threads, content unrelated to the leading theme of the discussion.
6. Users are asked to preserve their culture. Placing profanities in an utterance is inadvisable and may be the reason for removing the thread by the administrator.
7. The same content (statements) can not be published more than once and can not be repeated in various places of the Forum. The administration retains the right to remove duplicates and repetitions at any time, as well as topics breaking the law of the Forum.

Disobedience to comply with the applicable rules may result in blocking the account and, in extreme cases, legal consequences.

PENALTYS SYSTEM:

- the user can get a 2-time warning, the third time he is punished by blocking the account for a period of 1-3 days.
- the user to whom the account has been blocked for the second time, the blocking period is 7 days.
- with the third block, the user's account is permanently blocked!
- breaking rules marked with the symbol: (*), results in immediate blocking of the account for a period of 7 days, and in justified cases permanent blocking of the account!
